This smoked Spanish paprika is grown in La Vera which is a region in Extremadura, Spain. This region’s incredibly hot, dry and extreme conditions have been recognized around the world for their amazing paprika. Pimentón sweet peppers are slowly smoked over oak every day for 2 weeks before being ground into a ruby red powder.
