Mombacho Café Chicken Sauté Video

      • 2 chicken breast
      • 1 Tbsp [Mombacho Café]
      • 3 cups of quartered crimini mushrooms
      • 1 large red onion, sliced
      • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
      • .33 cup white wine
      • 1 Tbsp garlic
      • salt to taste
      • cilantro and jalapeño to garnish
      • olive oil or vegetable oil

      Step 1 -

      Heat pan to high heat and add neutral oil to coat pan.

      Step 2 -

      Sear chicken breast on one side until golden brown.

      Step 3 -

      Stir and add Mombacho Café

      Step 4 -

      Remove chicken from pan to a clean plate and add mushrooms and cook 2–3 minutes before adding the onions and peppers.

      Step 5 -

      Cook for 5–7 more minutes before adding white wine to deglaze.

      Step 6 -

      Add garlic and continue cooking until fragrant, 1–2 min.

      Step 7 -

      Add chicken back to pan and continue to cook everything for another 3–5.

      Step 8 -

      Season with salt

      Step 9 -
