Step 1 - FOR TAHINI SAUCE
In a food processor, add tahini, lemon juice, parsley, California Love, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
Step 2 - FOR BROCCOLINI
Heat pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Step 3 -
Add broccolini in an even layer and cook 1 minute before adding minced garlic and spices.
Step 4 -
Cook another 1–2 minutes before adding lemon juice and salt.
Step 5 -
Serve over tahini sauce and sprinkle with pine nuts.
